Woke up at 6am. Routine breakfast. Today - being the last full day- was to be an easy relaxing day.
It was cooler after the rain yesterday. We finally caught a sunrise!
Sat out until I went for my walk but this time I walked from end to end as the 2 resorts, Wyndham & Morritts is sandwiched between two private houses. Saw many people snorkeling and ended up speaking with & greeting quite a few people including a Texan lady who has been coming to the island for 21 years! She was very interesting and we spoke for awhile. I was out for an hour.

Washed up to get ready for lunch. We decided to go out for lunch and order in for dinner.

It was a toss up between The Lighthouse & the popular Tukka (Australian). Tukka being closer won and in the end, so glad we went there! Quirky decor and lovely atmosphere! And more importantly fabulous food! We did sit outdoors even though it wreaked havoc with Winnie's hair. But the view was simply too good not to sit out. Winnie had the Mahi-Mahi hoagie and I couldn't resist having the lion fish tacos again. Loved it all!

But while we enjoyed island living - earlier there was breaking news - a car plowed into people on Times Square! One dead & 19 hurt. I emailed Nikki right away and was relieved to hear back from her!
Relaxed back at the hotel until Winnie went to picked up burgers & fries at the Beach Bar. Such a great choice for our last night. Delish & so comfty to just eat at "home"!!
Discovered a classmate of ours from PS 23 - Wayne Leung passed.
We checked-in online at Jet Blue and we both got TSA pre-checked!
Going to miss having the beach at our doorstep!
