The NIGHT!

Nikki and I had planned for dinner for my big night but of course, that was before I knew about the surprise party!  No way could I have her pay for dinner and made perfect sense for me to treat her...both as a Thank You and as a birthday celebration...for her!

She had chosen a place in Dumbo called Atrium.  I've never been to Dumbo and found the area lovely with fantastic views!!  The restaurant was bi-leveled with a warm ambiance.  At first, I found our waiter a bit...uppity but he ended up being very nice!  My favorite thing: the bone marrow crostini...wow!  As always, dinner with my girl is THE BEST thing I could ever wish for!
